What We Do

Capabilities

A complete design-build shop for clients who need engineering problem-solving, not just a parts order.

Parametric CAD Design

From napkin sketch to production-ready parametric model. We design what we build — no translation errors, no back-and-forth with a separate engineering firm.

CNC Plasma Cutting

Structural plate and sheet metal cut to spec. Clean edges, tight nesting, ready for fit-up. Mild steel, stainless, and aluminum.

Custom Fabrication

Weldments, structural assemblies, frames, and finished structures built in-house. Brackets to skids, one-off to short run.

Design-Build Integration

We source precision flat parts and hardware as needed — SendCutSend, McMaster — seamlessly integrated into the final assembly. One contact, complete deliverable.

The Difference

Most fab shops take your drawing and cut it.
We write the drawing.

Parametric CAD engineering background means we can take a rough concept and deliver a finished structure — not just execute someone else's plan. That saves you time, engineering fees, and revision cycles.

How It Works

Three Steps

Simple process, complete deliverable.

01

Design

Bring the problem — a sketch, a spec, or just a description of what you need. We build a parametric model, confirm dimensions and material, and quote before any cutting starts.

02

Fabricate

CNC plasma cuts the plate work. We source precision parts and hardware as needed, fit up, weld, and finish. Every step tracked and accounted for.

03

Deliver

Finished structure, ready to install. Local delivery in the Rogue Valley. If something isn't right, we fix it — no runaround.
